(a) Written “Statements of Disagreement” may be furnished by the individual within 30 calendar days of the (b) The Inspector General or the Executive Director for Operations, or their designees, as appropriate, are responsible for ensuring that: (1) The “Statement of Disagreement” is included in the system or systems of records in which the disputed item of information is maintained; and (2) the original record is marked to indicate the information disputed, the existence of a “Statement of Disagreement” and the location of the “Statement of Disagreement” within the system of records.
