(a) (b) (c) (1) (i) (ii) (2) (3) (4) (c) (1) An Enterprise; or (2) An independent third party selected or approved by an Enterprise. (d) (2) An Enterprise must provide notice to the applicant within 30 days of a determination that the application has passed the Credit Score Assessment.
