(a) (b) (c) (d) (1) The name of the national bank; (2) Citation to the State statutes or regulations involved; (3) A discussion as to whether a similarly situated State bank is subject to or may adopt the corporate governance provision; (4) Identification of all Federal banking statutes or regulations that are on the same subject as, or otherwise have a bearing on, the subject of the proposed State corporate governance provision; and (5) An analysis of how the proposed practice is not inconsistent with applicable Federal statutes or regulations and is not inconsistent with bank safety and soundness.
