Evaluation of license applicants.

SBA will evaluate a license applicant based on the submitted application materials, any interviews with the applicant's management team, and the results of background investigations, public record searches, and other due diligence conducted by SBA and other Federal agencies. SBA's evaluation will consider factors including the following: (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) (vi) (vii) (viii) (ix) (x) (xi) (2) Should an applicant fulfill and formally attest to meeting all of the eligibility criteria in paragraph (e)(1) of this section, the applicant can submit a streamlined “Short-Form Subsequent Fund MAQ”.
