Each holder of a certificate issued under this part must allow the Administrator to inspect its personnel, facilities, equipment, and records to determine the certificate holder's: (a) Eligibility to hold its certificate; (b) Compliance with 49 U.S.C. 40101 (c) Compliance with the Federal Aviation Regulations.
