(a) Each application must state explicitly whether or not the applicant (b) [Reserved] (c) Any material misrepresentation of fact in such an application shall be grounds for rescission (d) A request for renewal of any immunity granted does not operate under section 558 of Administrative Procedure Act, 5 U.S.C. 558(c), to extend the period of immunity conferred.
