After April 21, 2021, no person may produce remote identification broadcast modules unless: (a) The remote identification broadcast module is designed and produced to meet the minimum performance requirements for remote identification broadcast modules established in § 89.320 in accordance with an FAA-accepted means of compliance; and (b) All of the following conditions are met: (1) (2) (3) (4)
