Purpose of REP Article I.

REP Article I of the general terms and conditions specifies requirements related to recipient reporting on program performance. It thereby implements OMB guidance for grants and cooperative agreements in: (a) 2 CFR 200.328; and (b) Portions of 2 CFR 200.301 and 200.343(a) that relate to performance reporting.
