How are parties notified of the filing of a petition?

(a) (b) (1) Your name (the petitioner); (2) The description of the unit(s) or employees affected by issues raised in the petition; and, (3) A statement that all affected parties should advise the Regional Director in writing of their interest in the issues raised in the petition.
