Reallocation of Council members.

Pursuant to § 1209.30, the number of members on the Council shall be as follows: (a) Region 1: All other States including the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico except for Pennsylvania and California—3 Members. (b) Region 2: The State of Pennsylvania—4 Members. (c) Region 3: The State of California—1 Member. (d) Region 4: Importers—1 Member.
