(a) (2) Nomination and election of state representatives where no commission or order is in place will be handled by the Council staff. The Council staff will seek nominations for members and alternates from the specific states. Nominations will be returned to the Council office and placed on a ballot which will then be sent to producers in the state for a vote. The final nominee (b) (c) (d) (e) From the nominations, the Secretary shall select the members and alternate members of the Council.
