(a) (b) (i) That the U.S. Agricultural Commodity entered the importing country or region; (ii) The identification of the export carrier; (iii) The quantity of the U.S. Agricultural Commodity; (iv) The kind, type, grade and/or class of the U.S. Agricultural Commodity; and (v) The date(s) and place(s) of unloading of the U.S. Agricultural Commodity in the importing country or region. (2) Where shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading) clearly demonstrate that the U.S. Agricultural Commodities were shipped to the destination country or region, proof of entry verification may be provided by the Importer.
