For purposes of this subpart: (1)(i) Has actual knowledge that the claim or statement is false, fictitious, or fraudulent; (ii) Acts in deliberate ignorance of the truth or falsity of the claim or statement; or (iii) Acts in reckless disregard of the truth or falsity of the claim or statement; and (2) No proof of specific intent is required.
