Notice of intent to prepare an EIS.

(a) FSA will publish a Notice of Intent to prepare an EIS in the (b) The notice will include the following: (1) A description of the proposed action and possible alternatives; (2) A description of FSA's proposed scoping process, including information about any public meetings; and (3) The name of an FSA point of contact who can receive input and answer questions about the proposed action and the preparation of the EIS.
