Post-Employment Conflict of Interest Restrictions; Revision of Departmental Component Designations

The U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) is issuing this final rule to update the name of an existing departmental component that was previously designated for purposes of the one-year post- employment conflict of interest restriction for senior employees.
