Notice of Availability of a Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the Field Release of Bagous nodulosus (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) for Classical Biological Control of Flowering Rush (Butomaceae) in the Continental United States

We are advising the public that we have prepared a final environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact relative to permitting the field release of the insect or weevil, Bagous nodulosus, for the classical biological control of flowering rush (Butomus umbellatus L.) in the continental United States. Based on our finding of no significant impact, we have determined that an environmental impact statement need not be prepared.
