Thermal Paper From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Hansol Paper Company (Hansol) made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), November 1, 2024, through October 31, 2025. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to 16 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
